International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global celebration of women as societal and cultural powerhouses and a yearly reminder to continue accelerating women’s equality. At CDMP, we are proud of our commitment—today and everyday—to reaching a gender equal world. In the words of the IWD organization itself:
An equal world is an enabled world.
Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions—all day, every day.
We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations, and celebrate women’s achievements.
Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender equal world.
Let’s all be #EachforEqual.
Craig Romanok, President
“Today, but more importantly every day, we acknowledge the amazing women who are making CDM Princeton a lifechanging agency. This year’s International Women’s Day theme was created around the idea of “Collective Individualism”, which highlights the collective actions, conversations, and mindsets of the women behind our agency’s success. We are proud to celebrate the women who are redefining, reinventing, and reigniting CDM Princeton each and every day towards our mission of becoming a lifechanging place to work. #belifechanging #EachforEqual“

“A dear friend gave me this poster of “go get ‘em, girl” sayings that I keep posted by my door at home, so each time I go out into the world, I am reminded that ‘actually, I can’. But change takes more than sayings, and at CDMP, we are committed to letting women’s voices be heard, women’s work be seen, and women’s contributions be rewarded. On this International Women’s Day, let’s be #EachforEqual.”
Gary Scheiner, EVP, Executive Creative Director
“As the father of daughters and the brother of sisters, supporting equality for women is ingrained in my DNA. It’s never been an option. It just is. Throughout my career I have worked with and for countless amazing women who have made me better. And CDMP is filled with an army of them, which is one reason I’m so excited to be here. In support of International Women’s Day and the 2020 theme of Each for Equal, I pledge to continue listening to, learning from, and lauding all the women in my life. #EachforEqual“
